Dr. Sheetal Gaikwad built Nirmal Ganga Goda from the ground up — one village, one health camp, one workshop at a time — across the villages of Nashik district. What she built was never framed as charity. It was infrastructure for something the women of these villages already carried in them: the ability to rise, without ever having to leave home to do it.
